Return and Refund Policy

At Justplay.pk, we are committed to providing the best experience for our customers. Our return policy gives you 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Additionally:

  • No refunds will be provided.
  • Exchanges are possible, but the delivery cost of the return must be borne by the customer.
  • Only unused items with all original packaging and stickers intact are eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at order@justplay.pk. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the details on where to ship your return. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return address is as follows: 1st Floor, Building# 48 DHA Phase 6, Lahore, Pakistan.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (e.g., food, plants, personalized items, beauty products).
  • We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available within Lahore.
  • For Karachi and other cities, delivery typically takes 3 working days.
  • Pre-order items take 10-12 days for delivery.

A flat rate of PKR 350 is charged for shipping within Lahore and other cities across Pakistan. No free delivery is available at this time.

Refunds

Since we do not offer refunds, only exchanges are possible under the conditions mentioned above. You can always contact us for any return-related questions at order@justplay.pk.
